Cheonwoong Lee스포츠토토, an outfielder for the professional baseball team LG, has admitted to gambling on the Internet.
The LG Twins recently confirmed that Lee Cheon-woong was involved in an Internet gambling case commissioned by the KBO to investigate and conducted its own investigation.
Lee Chun-woong denied the facts in the first interview at the end of last month, but he admitted to the charges on the 12th after being expunged from the first team entry.
LG said that it notified the KBO Clean Baseball Center immediately after finding out the facts, and said it would actively cooperate with the prosecution’s investigation and KBO’s follow-up.
