A 12-year-old elementary school student dies after falling on an apartment playground swing

A bench swing pole in an apartment complex’s playground fell and hit an elementary school boy.

He was taken to the hospital but died.

Children are playing on the bench swing in the playground of the apartment complex, where several people can ride together.

Before long, the entire bench swing falls forward and pounces on the child in front of it.

Around 3:29 pm yesterday. An accident occurred when a bench swing pole fell over at an apartment playground in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

“I saw him being taken away. It must have been a big deal because he was being taken away with a lot of blood. The police came and took pictures.”

The 12-year-old boy was taken to the hospital in the accident, but eventually died. 

One female student was also injured and treated at the hospital스포츠토토.

At the time of the accident, there were seven people in the playground, including the dead child.

After receiving the report, the fire department mobilized 11 people, including paramedics, and 5 pieces of equipment to rescue, but were unable to save precious lives.

The apartment where the accident occurred was a new construction complex that had only been occupied for two years.

The cross-section of the bench swing pillar, which had collapsed entirely, was in a straight shape.

“The pillar was cut. There was a cross section. In front (the boy who was involved in the accident) was just sitting.”

The police are checking the form of damage to the cut surface of the fallen bench swing pillar.

In addition, based on eyewitness statements and CCTV , we are investigating the exact cause of the accident to see if there is any mismanagement.
