6 people fell after being struck by lightning at Seorak Beach in Yangyang…1 cardiac arrest – 5 injured

“It is understood that five of the injured, including the seriously injured, were sitting on the beach after surfing, and one person in his 20s with minor injuries was walking with an umbrella when the accident occurred,” the police said.

Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident by analyzing surrounding CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses to determine the circumstances of the accident and whether or not people were performing CPR.
